› About Us

Situated in Kirkcaldy, Fife, the Fighting Fit Gym is one of the most, if not THE most successful Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) camp in Scotland.


The camp have a number of Scottish & British champions. Not forgetting British and Intercontinental Featherweight champion, owner and senior instructor, James Graham.

James who is fully qualified and insured, teaches authentic Muay Thai for the purpose of keeping fit, self-defence as well as Amateur and Professional competition.

The Fighting Fit Gym welcomes students of all levels and backgrounds as the camp provides a very friendly and welcoming environment and a class to suit all experiences.

James, along with help from his wife Michelle make a very successful team who enjoy promoting Scottish Muay Thai at every opportunity.

They hold yearly Muay Thai events, which are always well attended by the local public and other Muay Thai fighters/fans from throughout the country.

James with over 15 years experience in Muay Thai takes every class the gym runs. He trains the fighters in the Fighter classes, giving them the intense training they need for to get in top pinnacle condition.

He also uses the Muay Thai classes to teach novices and fighters alike all the techniques of Muay Thai along with a few tricks of the trade.
