The camp runs two different types of classes. These are Muay Thai and Fighter classes.

Muay Thai classes are aimed at every level of student. Classes focus on learning the techniques of Muay Thai, whilst raising your fitness levels!!

Classes start with skipping exercises then some stretching routines just to get all those muscles warmed up. The class then breaks into some shadow boxing then pad/bag drills, which all raise your cardiovascular fitness levels.

Sparring usually finishes of class time, this is where students practice the techniques taught in class but in a more "fight" like situation.

Every type of class ends with the same...press-ups, sit-ups and crunches, which all help tone and condition those body muscles. We then warm-down by jogging around the gym and then stretching the limbs.

Fighter classes are for the fighters of the gym and to anyone who wishes to raise their training level. Classes focus more on the building up of fitness and stamina levels along with conditioning the body.

The fun starts with a quick warm up then a 5 mile run or 20 minutes of skipping exercises. After that shadow boxing is used for to loosen up the body and to get those muscles pumping.

Then it differs, some classes are spent doing circuit training with weights, pad and bag drills then maybe some sparring afterwards. But some classes are spent entirely doing sparring after the warm ups.

If all that wasn't fun enough for you, don't forget there are still the press-ups, crunches and sit-ups to follow :-)
